Description:
The ROI Specialist is releasing records, checking subpoenas, checking compliance , verifying patient info on records/validation the documentation prior to them the records being sent out from EPIC. Oversee 2 workers for accuracy and ensuring things are being done properly. Ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations
