Aviagen is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Manager Trainee. The selected candidate will be given the opportunity to gain the experience and skills required for promotion to a farm manager role under the direction of experienced personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and facilitate the care, set up and upkeep of the worksite
- Employee management including discipline, training and scheduling
- Provide accurate record keeping
- Abide by and support Company Bio-security and Animal Welfare policies.
- Perform routine maintenance
- Insure all production goals are met
- May perform other tasks as deemed necessary by supervisor Job Qualifications
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Valid driver license
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
