About The Role

We are seeking a Program Manager at BCD Meetings & Events to serve as the focal point from the Client’s event team, representing the client brand with vendor partners and key stakeholders. As a Program Manager you are responsible for developing and executing all necessary logistics for multiple client programs. The Program Manager is supported by a Program Coordinator and together, act as advisors to the client to ensure a seamless program.

As a Program Manager You Will

• Consult with clients, co-workers, and service providers to determine objectives, requirements, and make recommendations for meetings and events.
• Create and communicate a planning timeline, ensuring milestones are met. The program manager takes a consultative approach as the subject matter expert (SME).
• Plan and execute the meeting or event according to stakeholders’ guidelines and procedures.

• Troubleshooting situations effectively and at the source.
• Providing guidance or assistance for work activities as needed to complete task assignments.
• Utilizing Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Collaborating effectively within a team.

You Should Know

• This role is virtual, operating in the Central or Eastern time zones. Candidates located in Midland MI, Chicago, IL, Detroit, MI or Houston, TX preferred. All US based candidates will be considered.
• Up to 40% travel is required.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Manager is between $55,000 - $75,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
