The Senior Manager of Procurement you will play a crucial role in overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services. The Sr. Manager of Procurement is responsible for the procurement of products and goods for use in the business according to planning requirements They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement initiatives.

How will you contribute:

• Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  
• Procurement and Supplier Management: Develop procurement processes and procedures and ensure accurate materials requirement plan is followed by the procurement team. Partners with Sourcing to optimize procurement decisions and drives cost, lead time reductions and payment terms improvement. Identify and propose process improvement strategies and execute cost-savings actions, as negotiated by the sourcing team.
  
• Inventory Management: Oversee and optimize the inventory control and management processes within the organization to maintain appropriate stock levels. Owns KPI’s related to inventory management for the company.
  
• Risk Management: Identify and assess risks within the supply chain, develop mitigation strategies, and implement measures to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
  
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality and supplier to ensure the quality and integrity of procured goods of services.
  
• Vendor Relationship Management: Fosters and maintains positive relationships with all suppliers. Collaborate with vendors to drive continuous improvement in pricing, lead time, quality, and delivery performance. Develop and maintain a suppler scorecard report.
  
• MRP Planning Management: Owns MRP data integrity and supports new product launches.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (E.g., CSCP, CPSM, CPM) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management, preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of development and implementing successful sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving cost savings targets while maintaining high-quality standards and supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data supplier performance metrics, and financial reports to drive data-driven decision making and strategic insights.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal key stakeholders and external suppliers across diverse cultures and geographies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethics, and compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

This position is currently classified as on-site.

Base Salary Range: $101,000 $124,000, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.

The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
