Bishop & Co. is seeking an Executive Office Manager (EOM) for a progressive, Honolulu-based non-profit focused on supporting senior leadership and the Board of Trustees. This role is open to current or prior Hawaii state residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop priorities and action plans to help accomplish weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Operate with a high degree of independent judgment to relieve the Executive leaders of administrative and business details.
- Take initiative to independently address issues and make autonomous decisions according to established policy.
- Create and implement new Executive Office procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Identify problems and recommend or implement solutions on an organizational basis.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Executive leaders and the Board of Trustees.
- Ensure coordination of logistics for meetings while overseeing and maintaining the calendars for the Executive leaders in a highly organized and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the Strategy and Communications Team to deliver the priorities of the President and CEO to stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and modifying presentations and responses for internal and external audiences, including Board of Directors, Trustees and Executive leaders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Prior Executive Assistant experience with senior executives.
- Flexible and experienced in organizing a constantly evolving schedule.
- Outstanding professional judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make decisions independently.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, with high-level organizational and time management skills.
- Able to multitask and juggle priorities.
- Supervisory experience
Compensation: Estimated $80,000 to $105,000 annual salary commensurate with experience.
