Blue Stone Therapy was founded in 2009 and provides contract physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology to communities in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Our focus is to deliver optimal, individualized rehabilitation by highly skilled professional therapists while developing long-term partnerships between our staff and the communities they serve.
Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
The Recruiter is responsible for proactively sourcing, attracting, and interviewing quality candidates to fill job openings and build a strong talent pipeline.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle recruitment responsibilities, to include creating job postings, identifying marketing sources, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, providing candidate recommendations based on assessment of fit, conducting reference checks, and extending offers of employment.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of an ideal candidate, positions responsibilities and other job posting requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing tools to find qualified and talented candidates; research and identify sourcing methods to market job openings to maximize recruitment strategies and build talent pipeline.
- Travels to communities to build relationships with schools and other appropriate key partnerships. Attends job fairs representing Blue Stone Therapy and markets to build brand recognition. Regularly markets Blue Stone in conjunction with organizational marketing strategies.
- Supports candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process and ensures a positive candidate experience.
- Tracks, compiles, and reports key metrics designed to measure and pro-actively predict staffing needs and trends.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years in a human resources role supporting recruiting efforts is required, Rehab Therapy related exposure is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Travel: This position requires up to 10% travel including local area and overnight stays.
Location: This role can be performed remotely. Candidates must be located in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, or South Dakota.
Salary : $55,700 - $70,600
