What you'll do :
Effectively listen and identify customer needs to communicate and offer additional products and services to enhance the customer's travel experience.
Capture customers without reservations to increase market share. Guide customers through the rental process using empathy, empowerment and problem-solving skills to provide a memorable experience to delight the customer.
Assist customers with vehicle exchanges, returns, future reservations and any concerns they may have.
Selling additional products along with your general yield will contribute to your own financial success as you will earn your hourly rate an incentive bonus every month based on your sales! We offer Professional Sales Training to help you build your sales skills so no need to worry about prior experience as we can help train you to be a high sales performer (if you are willing to be trained).
Please note that in order to compensate for the rate reduction after your first 90-days / 3-months on the job, you will only need to make commissions over $320 / month.
anything earned after that $320 / month would mean you have a higher hourly rate for the month.
What we're looking for :
- We like flexibility so we can have employees who are willing to cover for other employees' shifts who may go on vacation / take PTO.
- High School Diploma (or GED).
- Valid and insurable Driver's License.
- Effective verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills with customers, co-workers and management.
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm with customers, co-workers and management.
- Ability to use proven sales techniques while providing a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality.
