The House Lead will maintain the highest standard of communication with therapists, interdisciplinary team members, school districts, parents, referents, and students. The House Lead engages in a dynamic collaborative process to include communication, and outcomes collection from all departments. As a team leader, the House lead works hand in hand with all Calo departments, ensuring that the CASA framework is fully integrated throughout the various departments within the established program culture and norms. The House Lead will manage and maintain their duties in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred)
- 25 years age
- Able to pass federal background check/drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s license, or ability to obtain one in 90 days of hire.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule.
- Be able to become an SCM instructor within 1 year of assuming House Lead role, as training is provided.
- Ability to work an AOC (Administration on Call) rotation.
- Ability to work occasional after hours/weekends as needed per staff- student ratio; with comp time allotted per supervisor approval.
- Ability to work occasional holidays, with holiday pay, or comp time allotted per supervisor approval.
- Be medication certified within 60 days of assuming role.
- Maintain all annual trainings.
- Have no written reprimands in last 12 months.
- Able and willing to participate in Family retreats, and seminars, and other events that may fall outside the normal working schedule.
