Scanning Operator
Job Posting for Scanning Operator at Canon Business Process Services, Inc.
CANON is looking to hire a Full-time, Scanning Operator in Alpharetta, GA. Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in an Imaging, Scanning, Mailroom, or Office Environment.
SHIFT: 2nd, 3rd Shifts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, sort, review, and prioritize documents for scanning while ensuring quality and accuracy
- Open mail to sort and classify documents according to characteristics
- Log boxes for scanning and follow document preparation procedures
- Process secure documents through high volume production scanner and check image for quality
- Uploading documents into a central repository.
- Ensures all confidential documents are processed in a timely manner
- Will be required to learn new features and functionalities of scanning and imaging software
- Assist and train less-experienced staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0-1 year experience working in scanning/imaging environment
- Skilled in document tracking, quality assurance, and document management.
- High school diploma
- Proficient knowledge of scanning/imaging equipment
- Ability to multi-task and highly flexible with changing circumstances
- May lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
