A hands-on technical PM with strong communication and co-ordination skills, flexible work style, and have worked in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholder groups and may have managed competing priorities.
Basic knowledge of GDPR, Data Governance, DSR and Data Privacy initiatives will be needed.
Program Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Data Management & Governance program objectives on time and within budget
- Develop and manage program plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with individual projects
- Track program progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
- Manage resource allocation and utilization across program projects
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and contribute to overall program goals
- Support risk management activities for the program
Agile AI Process Facilitation:
- Support the continuous improvement of development processes
- Ensure Agile ceremonies such as standup meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives are executed effectively
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team
- Coach the team on Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Data Driven Scrum
Communication & Collaboration:
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Effectively present project updates and results to leadership and team members
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing and cross-team collaboration initiatives
- Develop and maintain program documentation for data science and AI and governance processes
Technical Skills (nice to have):
- Informatica IDMC, Collibra, Azure, Databricks
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.67/hour - $54.18/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
