Carlson Mechanical specializes in the installation, repair and maintenance of radiant heat systems, boilers and indirect water heaters for the entire Seattle metro area from Everett to Redmond to Renton.
Our mechanics provide King County and Snohomish County with residential and commercial service from installing new multi-zone hydronic heat systems to repairing turn-of-the-century steam heat to maintaining boilers.
With customer service as our highest priority, our goal is to make working with us as stress-free as possible. Whether we’re making a quick repair or installing a new heating system, we go all out to deliver a better value than other companies.
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, filing documents, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and other general office duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude. Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Data entry and document processing.
- Handle mail and other correspondence.
Current schedule Monday 8am-4:30pm, Tuesday through Friday 11:30am-4:30pm. Potential for full-time schedule with benefits as the company grows.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Schedule:

- No nights
- No weekends
