Job Description

Software Support Technician: Growing Wilmington based software company with a non-smoking environment is seeking energetic people to install and support our vertical market software for customers across North America. We offer a competitive salary, vacation, health insurance, and IRA savings.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Working computer & technical knowledge; including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Available for occasional travel throughout the U.S. (we pay expenses).
  • Available for some on call and after hours support when necessary.
  • Four-year degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business (candidates with other four-year degrees or applicable experience will be considered).
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus.

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Microsoft Reporting Services
  • Crystal Reports
  • Microsoft Access
  • Software Support
  • Software Implementation

Candidates must be available to start immediately or with two weeks’ notice to current employer. (Current residents of the Wilmington, NC area ONLY please.)
