**JOB SUMMARY**

We are seeking an Engineering Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping collect and analyze data regarding the fiberglass fabrication process. This role requires mathematical skills, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft excel, word, and outlook

**Responsibilities:**

- Assisting with design, development, and testing of new or existing products.

- Develop and optimize manufacturing process for fiberglass production, including resin mixing, fiber layup, curing, and finishing.

- Working with production team to help trouble shoot issues in production, recommending and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, maintain product integrity, and reduce waste.

- Help to create/streamline current production processes in order to efficiently bring projects to completion.

**Requirements:**

- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements

- Mechanical knowledge to understand engineering principles

- Ability to assemble, build, and maintain engineering prototypes

- Proficient in using hand tools for engineering tasks

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred:

Minimum 2 year degree in Engineering or related manufacturing field.

-Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
