Accountabilities:

This individual will need a broad working knowledge from sales and early account establishment to monitor implementation plans, who will assume client relationship responsibilities and is responsible for determining account management strategies related to client service plans; retention of existing clients, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, client surveys, and new business; providing program management for clients requiring complex service models; and overseeing the work of other local and national program management staff. You will develop superior product knowledge and effectively educate and engage healthcare providers and risk-bearing entities about the positive clinical impact pharmacy services can provide for their patient outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assumes responsibility for a broad range of activities from sales through implementation
  • Provides client advising as needed
  • Acts as a liaison between client and relevant internal team members
  • Maintains client relationships with existing customers ensuring needs are met and overall satisfaction
  • Monitors implementations for new Adhere and/or Engage clients
  • Oversees transition from implementation to account management
  • Develops team expansion plan including hiring and training new team members
  • Supports the development of implementation plans and build out of crm to manage customers
  • Handles all day to day Client questions and concerns
  • Maintains regular communication and provide reports to client as needed
  • Meets with client for regular review of customer satisfaction
  • Assumes client account management responsibilities
  • Lead a team of account managers

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S) from a four-year college or university required.
  • 3-5 years of Account Management or direct medical/pharma sales experience required.
  • CMS Quality Metrics, HIPAA & ACA knowledge
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership/management/motivational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent account rounding ability
  • Strong understanding of claims management.
  • In-depth knowledge of client servicing.
  • Ability to handle conflict and confront challenging issues in a fast work environment.
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
  • Able to influence and motivate others through persuasive points-of-view.
  • Able to work with team members to identify where/when to apply as potential client solutions.
  • Solid understanding of industry products and services.
  • Must be able to Travel for Implementation to Client's location if needed.
  • A valid drivers license and safe driving record
