The eCommerce Account Specialist at Channel Bakers is developing a love for all things Marketplace and is establishing themselves as a trusted source of knowledge.
You are developing an understanding of Amazon, eBay, Walmart (and maybe some of their contemporaries), and are always a trusted partner to our clients to help deliver the outcomes they depend on us for whatever it takes. You have had some exposure to eCommerce Marketplace platforms and are hungry to learn more! You are developing your Amazon language skills and are on the way to understanding their operations and ways of working. You have had some Vendor Central experience. As a newer eCommerce Account Specialist, you are supporting vendors and sellers generally from new-to-market to mid-tier brands. With acute attention to detail, you create and publish successful online product listings that include images, shipping details and item specification on Amazon, Walmart, and more. You manage existing listings and make necessary corrections to ensure product accuracy. As the right hand to your Account Manager, you are in step with them constantly, keeping each other up to date on performance data and activity.
You are a natural problem solver with a ‘figure it out’ approach to work. You take pride in being super organized and are a strong believer in optimizing your own efficiency. You accurately scope out the length and difficulty of tasks and projects. You set objectives and break down work into process steps. You enjoy working hard, are action oriented and are full of energy for things you see as challenging. You value time and know how to use it effectively to optimize your own efficiency.
You are able to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles and can get messages across that have the desired effect.
This position is Full-time and can be 100% Remote anywhere in the U.S.
