Chiropractic Rehabilitation Center is seeking a bilingual Front Desk Administrator to join our practice!

We provide compassionate and quality health care to individuals involved in a motor vehicle accident. We are currently seeking a Full Time Front Desk Administrator at our Glendale location. This individual will be working in a very fast paced environment and must be able to successfully multi-task, be personable, energetic, have a positive attitude, and be a dependable team player.

Friendly and outgoing personalities is also an absolute MUST, as you will be the first face patients see when they walk in the door.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Greet and direct patient flow.

- Perform all patient check- in and check out tasks.

- Answer and schedule appointments accurately and promptly.

- Inform patients of payment methods and verify insurance.

- Utilize our medical EMR system to maintain patient records/payments.

- Act as a company ambassador by providing information about our practice and educate on chiropractic care.

- Manage office calendar/schedule to ensure a seamless workflow.

- Act as office manager to maintain cleanliness and ensure office is fully-equip to accommodate patients’ needs.

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Receptionist experience

- Customer Service Mentality

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- General computer skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

- Proficiency in working with PDF files

- Reliable transportation

Hours: Monday – Friday - Approximately 40 hours/week

Monday – 9 am – 12 pm; 2 pm – 7 pm

Tuesday – 8 am - 12 pm ; 1pm – 7 pm

Wednesday – 9 am – 12 pm; 2 pm – 6:30 pm

Thursday – 8 am - 12 pm ; 1pm – 7 pm

Friday – 9 am – 12 pm; 2 pm – 5:30 pm

CLOSED: Saturday and Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
