Job Description
The Manager – Reporting & Analytics is responsible for daily leadership and performance of the Reporting & Analytics team. They work collaboratively with client team leaders to identify and deliver best practice in reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Define clear performance goals and objectives for the team.
- Own daily leadership of the team to meet established goals and metrics via planning, assigning and directing work.
- Responsible for hiring, performance management and career development for the team.
- Provide leadership, inspiration and coaching to the team.
- Establishes regular communications with team, such as 1-1 meetings, team meetings with established agendas or other regular touch points.
Reporting Leadership:
- Teach appropriate ways to develop and document reporting policies that meet reporting and business goals of account leaders.
- Assist on report development for new clients, contract review, and educating Reporting Analysts on new client systems and reports.
- Assist with creation and development of client dashboards, metrics, and scorecards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Client Relationships:
- Showcase a high level of understanding and becomes fully engrained in the client organization including relationships with key stakeholders, organizational structure to further demonstrate “We Become You”.
- Lead the alignment and delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews as needed.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement and consistency of processes and procedures.
- Serve as front line escalation for client and candidate issues/questions, escalate to Senior Manager – Reporting & Analytics as appropriate.
Analytics and Process Improvements:
- Problem solve and provide best practices and process improvements throughout the Reporting & Analytics process.
- Train internal and external stakeholders on process. -
- Leverage strong analytical skills to audit processes, assess trends, create reports and tell the story with data.
- Identify and document process changes, such as process maps, team structure charts, detailed procedures, etc.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills is required.
- Previous leadership experience is required.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to assess and present key data.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong proficiency in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting capabilities.
- Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
