The City of Lynnwood is seeking a Lead Custodian! This is a 6:00pm - 2:30am shift.
The lead custodial worker performs within and around certain City facilities and serves as lead worker to assigned staff of custodians. Duties include cleaning and routine maintenance work. The position works under the supervisory direction of the Building Operations & Maintenance Supervisor.
Includes, but is not limited to, such essential functions as listed below:
Three years’ experience doing skilled custodial work in a multi-office building used by the public, experience in a lead or supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of related education and experience preferred. Must possess a valid Washington State driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to the City’s insurance carrier. Positions assigned to the Police Department must pass a background check.
