SUMMARY
On behalf of Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC (“CNS” or “Company”), this position is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include:
1. Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
2. Develops methods to identify possible candidates.
3. Maintains a pipeline of candidates and referral sources.
4. Develops screening and interview questions to identify candidates.
5. Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory.
6. Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory.
7. Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
8. Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
9. Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
10. Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
11. Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
12. Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
13. Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
14. Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
15. Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
16. Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.
17. Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
