What will you do as a Med-Tech?
- Assist with daily administration of medication to residents, including self-administration.
- Keep charting documentation current and report resident status changes.
- Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies. Keep medication files and medical records current and up to date.
- Provide compassionate care, engagement, companionship, and support with activities of daily living to the residents in a team setting as needed.
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a Certified Medication Aide (Med Tech/ CMA Certification) and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide certification.
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus.
