JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in responding to client inquires, conducting account research, preparing client reports and presentation materials.
- Assists with providing high standards of service and communications to clients.
- Develops continuous and open channels of communication with all inter-company co-workers and support areas.
- Ensures all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
- College degree or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient/knowledgeable in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Normal office conditions
- Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00
