Working Arrangement Hybrid Job Description The Opportunity The Digital Content Associate will be a key member of our global content management team with a focus on end-to-end management of digital channels: Responsibilities focus on end-to-end management of digital channels: drafting, designing, and launching content on digital channels.   To excel in this role, you need to possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to tackle several initiatives and projects simultaneously. You must be multi-disciplined all round creative with a strong blend of experience across graphics, digital activity, video and branding. More education or experience may be preferred. 1 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, digital content publisher or related experience Strong industry acumen with deep knowledge in Digital Marketing. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills Excellent active listening skills. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solution by having a solid understanding of client behaviors and industry trends. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Able to manage multiple tasks/projects at a time with a proven track record of following through on commitments. Tools/Technical/Process Specific Knowledge or Skills: Experience or knowledge in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or experience with other technical website management, use of CMS platform (WordPress) and optimizing website performance.  Skilled in using design software to create graphics and complete other projects, preferably with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Basic HTML and CSS a plus. Comfortable with learning new software programs as needed. Basic knowledge or experience using project management systems. Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Suite. On the job, you will: Design digital content - Produce and edit digital content including but not limited to social media graphics; email newsletters; presentation and report templates; infographics; etc. Create and maintain systems for storing and organizing digital content. Preparing digital content for launch on their respective platforms as needed. Support site migration activities from time to time. Provide daily support for marketing managers, product owners, and editorial team in creating, updating, maintaining websites through multiple platforms. Work collaboratively with developers on a variety of design projects providing ideas, support and expertise when needed. Establish and communicate schedules to deliver projects on time.
