What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Enablement Coordinator position at ConnectPay Payroll Services?

The Sales Enablement Coordinator will support our sales, sales enablement, marketing, and product teams as ConnectPay continues its yearly 30% growth. This role will assist in the development, delivery and management of the sales training content for new hires, existing sales veterans and sales leadership. This highly collaborative position involves helping key stakeholders maximize the use of our internal CRM platform, improve sales effectiveness by focusing on value-added solutions, and monitor business performance against key metrics.

This full-time position is based in our Foxboro MA headquarters, and reports to the Director, Sales Enablement.

  • Responsible for assessing, creating, delivering and maintaining sales training materials and courseware; ensuring new content is organized and accessible and older materials are retired.
  • Support of existing sales processes, pipeline development strategies and key performance indicators.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of the sales enablement curriculum when onboarding new sales hires.
  • Partner with sales leaders driving measurable and improved sales performance within their teams.
  • Manage various sales enablement projects and initiatives to help fuel revenue growth.
  • Ability to create, own and publish a sales enablement calendar.
  • Define clear learning objectives for each initiative, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Provide support and training of the CRM platform and systems.
  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of sales reports and performance dashboards.
  • Execute sales data imports, exports and data cleansing activities, as required.
  • Foster close collaboration with Marketing and Product teams when creating and introducing new collateral and sales job aides.



Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years proven work experience in sales enablement and/or sales training in a revenue facing B2B support role.
  • Baseline knowledge and experience in sales enablement processes, technologies and best practices.
  • At ease with helping sales teams learn, leverage and escalate their CRM skills (HubSpot and Zoho preferred / Salesforce a plus).
  • Strong background in curriculum design and delivery, along with being comfortable facilitating sessions in classroom or virtual settings. • Highly respected supporting remote users throughout the U.S. (via Microsoft Teams).
  • Experience supporting a team of sales professionals, with short sales cycles in a high growth environment.
  • Superior organizational, time management and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with CRM users and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to take on new challenges, learn and grow.
  • Proficient in MS Office with intermediate Excel preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant business, technical or analytic field.
