Job Description:
As a Spa Technician, you will be responsible for administering localized cryotherapy treatments to clients. Your primary duties will include:

• Welcoming clients and conducting pre-treatment consultations to assess their needs and goals.
• Administering localized cryotherapy treatments according to established protocols, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Providing guidance and answering any questions clients may have about the treatment process.
• Maintaining accurate treatment records and client documentation.
• Assisting with general maintenance and cleanliness of treatment areas and equipment.
• Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure a positive client experience and promote the benefits of cryotherapy.

Requirements:

• Sales experience required, preferably commission based
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for health and wellness and a desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth scheduling of appointments
• Ideal candidate prioritizes their well-being and embraces a healthy lifestyle
