HEYDUDE is seeking a senior marketing leader for our brand heat and influencer efforts.  The goal of this role is to create strategy and generate an always-on flow of heat and Influencers to drive relevancy, brand awareness, tell key brand and product stories, create content that engages the consumer marketplace and can be used for amplification via organic and paid channels.  

The Sr. Manager, Brand Partnerships (Brand Heat) will have an ambitious in spirit with an adept consumer and social listening ear that can parse insights into action. This person will lead and motivate those around them with creative energy and can-do impact.  Our new teammate will bolster a team to propel our brand heat to new levels, engagement, and responsiveness.   

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Guide the Influencer and Collabs Marketing Team and provide vision, mentorship and motivation toward building the HEYDUDE brand via these channels 
  • Drive the influencer strategy, identification, evaluation, and selection
  • Manage external agencies, execute briefs, review influencer choices, content development and insertion into media amplification efforts. Develop within the team, a deep muscle around consumer advocacy, UGC and social listening to unearth insights for action for the larger marketing organization. 
  • Build the team’s ability to execute tactically, with speed and efficacy, in reaction to key takeaways. 
  • Stay close to culture and the digital space to identify opportunities to organically seed influencers & talent. 
  • Ensure that influencer content supports our key brand and product stories. 
  • Deliver content that meets metric goals and know how to assess insights, learn and adjust as necessary to continually improve. 
  • Establish and continuously update tracking mechanisms supporting influencer connections, content, results and learnings. 
  • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of quality assets (on brief, build for the channel, break through and drive engagement, impressions.)   

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related subject area, or equivalent experience 
  • 5 to 7 years of full-time experience and leadership within influencer and email marketing. 
  • Experience and interest in lifestyle brand:  Footwear, Outdoor, Fashion  
  • Team player, collaborator and culture contributor. Unparalleled work ethic, and commitment to getting things done. 
  • Capable of handling complex situations in a changing environment 
  • Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate including international acumen with all levels of seniority effectively and professionally.  
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks; strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills. 
  • Creative and idea generator with an eye toward culture and consumers. 
  • Able to be in person, in Westwood, MA office 3 days per week.

Compensation Range: $132,500 - $143,000

Workplace Persona: Collaborator (Hybrid work schedule; in office 60-80%)

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.

 

This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life, and AD&D, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
