Day to Day:
- Hold a daily morning meeting with your team for effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct face-to-face visits to homes, introducing our company and showcasing our products or services.
- Ability to stand and walk outdoors for an extended period.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic team of canvassers to drive a result.
- Completion of all entry-level canvasser training is mandatory as part of your onboarding process.
Requirements and Skills:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with an approved driving record.
- Results-driven mindset with a hunger for success.
- Possessing the capacity to uphold a professional and positive demeanor.
- Complete a paid basic management course.

- Guaranteed base rate of $60,000/annually.
- Uncapped daily bonus opportunities.
- Additional monthly bonus opportunities.
- Average first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000 annually. Top performers earn over $100,000 annually.
