Dade GSE is a small mechanic aviation company that is currently expanding. We are looking for a qualified person to perform a variety of administrative and clerical billing tasks. Being an office clerk at our company would consist of primarily billing and data input. We are located at Miami International Airport. Pay will depend on experience and performance. *Important* Must pass Drug and Background check to work in an aviation environment.

Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Billing via QuickBooks and excel
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Filing and General Office Work
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Skills
- Some knowledge in QuickBooks is preferred, but training is possible
- Must pass Drug and Background check
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Bilingual in English and Spanish/ Read and Write
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Reliable and responsible
- Attention to detail
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
