The Seasonal Device Support Technician position will perform duties locally in our Rosedale facility. Typical work hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 to 5:00 pm, however, due to customers schedules overtime hours may be available.

All candidates must pass a comprehensive criminal background check, as well as drug screening/testing. If you are selected as a driver, you will need to have a clean driving record.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Collect, categorize, and clean devices

· Record, organize, and pack devices for inbound/outbound deliveries

· Inspect equipment and ensure they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality.

· Move items through the warehouse from receipt of goods to delivery.

· Prepare daily deliveries for the van drivers and truck drivers.

· Load and unload, vans, and other vehicles.

· Move and organize stock/equipment.

· Possibly drive a van to and from customer sites.

· Follow all safety and security protocols.

· Other assigned tasks.

· Ability to use policies, procedures, and/or guides to make good choices. Use data and facts to make day-to-day decisions and involve others as needed.

· Recognize issues and the willingness to correct them or seek assistance to correct those issues.

· Must possess good time management skills and punctuality.

· Consistent effort to meet deadlines and reach results.

· Personal computer literate with knowledge of email, word processing, and spreadsheets.

· Ability to communicate effectively within the organization and in a respectful and professional manner.

· Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work in a group as well as independently.

· Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Follow policies and procedures.

· Shows integrity and ethical behavior in all situations.

· Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and changing demands.

Experience & Qualifications:

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

· Must be at least 17 years of age or older by June 1st, and have an interest in computer technology.

· Ability to access email every day.

· Ability to attend an all-day Orientation in May.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.62 - $22.42 per hour
