Position Overview:

The Manager of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator team will lead a team of Coordinators and will drive implementation and effectiveness of standard Talent Acquisition processes and tools. This role will work in close partnership with Talent Acquisition Regional and Functional Leaders and other relevant stakeholders. Moreover, you will work alongside the rest of the customer experience team, ensuring a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. This position will report to the global Customer Experience Leader and be the Subject Matter Expert for Talent Acquisition Coordination processed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure the Talent Acquisition Coordinator team is meeting the core KPI’s of quality and accuracy measures, timeliness of work as well as positive feedback from internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with Human Resource Business Partner and Talent Acquisition communities both in region and outside through timely and accurate administration of recruitment processes and ensuring effective communication. Provide coaching related to systems and processes and assist with Workday recruitment inquiries as needed.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Operations team on recruitment technology, process and tools to achieve Operational Excellence, including the optimization of the Workday Recruitment Management System.
  • Execute Talent Coordinator work in partnership with the regional leadership team for senior level and confidential recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to disperse information to the coordination team.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a higher level of customer satisfaction.
  • Apply DBS to impact organizational effectiveness (i.e., standard work, daily management, improve productivity, reduce cost). Execute daily management approaches to actively track and report against targets and apply PSP methodology to determine appropriate counter measures if improvement as needed.
  • Provide coaching to the team to ensure functional excellence. Facilitate the onboarding strategy for your team.
  • Responsible for talent management to ensure the continued development for your direct reports. Partner with your team to create performance and development objectives, measure performance progress against objectives and close gaps with appropriate action plans. Implement initiatives that engage associates and promote retention of talent.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Background and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) and 2 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations or Human Resources.
  • Talent Acquisition Experience, working across cultures and geographies in a global company with numerous decentralized businesses.
  • Must be organized and be able to prioritize and complete projects with minimal supervision.  Should possess a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience working in a lean/kaizen culture focused on continuous improvement with a track record of utilizing these methodologies as a business practice.
  • Experience working with Workday preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, recruitment technologies and HRIS Systems preferred (Knowledge in Workday highly preferred)
  • Excellent demonstrated written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.

The salary range for this role is 70,000 to 80,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
