Summary
DataPath, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to provide hands-on support for the HR function in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, and training in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Assist with Organizing and implementing the onboarding process for new hires (conduct new hire orientation, present, and explain benefit offerings, and provide employees with a welcoming and inclusive experience.
· Assist with training and development.
· Partner with hiring managers to identify budgeted personnel needs and then assist with detailed development of compliant job descriptions as needed.
· Aid managers and employees with time-sensitive requests, such as reports, HRIS system navigation, customer service support.
· Organize and coordinate recruiting process (create ads, participate in job fairs, manage on-line postings, schedule interviews, administer assessments, extend offers, prepare new hire paperwork. Be timely and intentional in providing updates to hiring managers.
· Conduct regular audits on HRIS data and electronic/physical files to ensure compliance and accuracy. Establish and maintain security and integrity controls.
· Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
· Assist in the development of dashboard HR metrics to be presented monthly, quarterly, or annually, e.g., retention, EEO, Talent, Leave Administration (FMLA, PTO, LOAs, Unpaid Leave), Seniority, 401(k), Benefits costs, etc.
· Manage employment and salary verification requests.
· Assist with creation of all necessary end user documentation for new and updated functionality. Provide training for HRIS system users as needed. This may include leading individual and group training sessions and arranging for classroom and web-based training.
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations.
· Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality, and workflows, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes, e.g., recruitment, onboarding, terminations, status changes, leave administration, performance appraisal process, the Personnel Action Request (PAR) process, and to improve data management and efficiency.
· Communicate with HR leadership and Finance on employee status changes (ex. new hires, transfers, salary adjustments, terminations) while simultaneously maintaining accurate employee records both in electronic and manual form.
· Develop and deliver accurate communications on various HR areas (open enrollment, performance evaluations, HR best practices, etc.)
· Assist in benefits enrollment administration.
· Identify areas in which standardization and efficiencies can be accomplished and work with all necessary personnel and partners to accomplish goals.
· Provide detailed reporting to HR leadership with regards to budgets, salaries, headcount, and other business issues relating to the HR function.
· Maintain a strong working relationship with vendors, employees, and management.
· Assist with providing employee relations support for employees and managers, including resolving issues.
· Maintain familiarity with all its systems used in the HR departments, utilizing them as needed, evaluating their effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvements, e.g., One Drive, SharePoint, Paycom, etc.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or another business-related field required.
· Minimum 3 to 4 years of comprehensive HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced office environment.
· Knowledge of HR core competencies including, but not limited to, recruiting, compensation, technology, training, and organizational development.
· Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and analytical skills required.
- Acute attention to detail as well as a high level of motivation, willing to take ownership of certain assigned tasks and complete them under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Paycom or other related HRIS system.

Preferred Requirements:
· PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR certification highly preferred.
· Experience with records management (record retention programs, archives, etc.).
· Ability to work independently on a broad variety of HR projects.
· Experience working in a fast-paced global entrepreneurial organization.
