The team at David Homes is looking to add a Construction Administrator to its in-office team to support the community building production operations. Position: Construction Administrator (“CA”) | Full-Time In-Office Role

Position Outline:

We are looking for a master operator to become our next Construction Administrator. The CA will serve as a lynch pin in the homebuilding production cycle. The next CA will have high level organizational aptitude and a problem-solving demeanor. The role will utilize cutting edge operational technology to streamline the home delivery process.

What we’re looking for:

· Digital software and computer skills commensurate with current technology trends

· Self-starting attitude with ability to flourish independently

· Confidence in dealing with customers

· Ability to understand architectural drawings

· Construction experience preferred, not required

· Ability to adapt to fast-changing and dynamic workplace environments

Compensation:

David Homes offers competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience and qualifications. An approximate range is included herein.
