About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated individual interested in joining our Vendor Management Practice as a Vendor Administrator. This is a newly created role that will help support our Vendor Manager with overseeing defi’s third-party relationships. A successful candidate for this role possesses strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and has a desire to support the maturing of processes as our business growth continues.
Position Responsibilities:
More specifically the Vendor Administrator will support the following responsibilities:
- Support the maintaining and growth of strategic relationship with defi’s vendor community
- Cultivate relationships with internal business owners and ensure the maximizing of defi’s use of product features and services
- Support the collection and examination of artifacts from vendors to assess risk
- Support due diligence and assignment of oversight tasks as needed
- Provide administrative support for TPRM Program, assisting the Vendor Manager with tasks as needed to fulfill strategic goals
- Perform routine compliance checks (i.e., OFAC, COI, CFPB)
- Oversee and maintain third-party information in defi’s Vendor Management system
- Report to business owners and the Vendor Manager concerns with contract renewals, vendor risk and issues through ongoing monitoring via automated alerts and publicly sourced information
- Deliver and follow-up on vendor assessments on a scheduled cadence
- Adapt to new vendor management requirements based on industry standards
Capabilities and Skills:
This role is multi-faceted, requiring a candidate with excellent organization skills, multi-tasking, and analysis skills.
More specifically an ideal candidate will be:
- Competent with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Office 365
- Self-Motivated with the ability to support multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Adaptable to evolving requirements due to the dynamic nature of the business
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Highly motivated and able to multi-task
- Proven organizational and operational skills in a corporate setting
Required Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow, Venminder (or comparable system) is helpful
Salary : $58,000 - $70,000
