Job Description:
As an Accounting Analyst, you will be working under our Service Center and responsible for running weekly/monthly payment runs, which consists of paying vendors via check, ACH, or Wire as assigned as well as any emergency payments for RRPS or RR businesses. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ERP uploads, vendor account reconciliations, reconciling accounts payable general ledger, and serving as a backup for the Invoice Processing team if needed.
Job Responsibilities: (Must narrow down to 6 bullet points)
- Reconcile reports
- Reconciliations of bank accounts
- Perform billing and collections of aged receivables
- Cash deposit reconciliation and web sales
- Post journal entries to general ledger
- Prepare reconciliations of accounts for audit
- Verify deposits
- Prepare and create monthly billing for rent, bus maintenance work orders
- Strong data entry and data verifying skills.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in fast paced enviroment with accurancy.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Excellent communications (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Open to instruction and contructive criticism.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate with little assistance and integrity.
- Self-motivated.
- Proeficient in MS Office.
- Reconciliation a plus.
