DelRicht Research is a network of clinical research sites in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Georgia, Texas, Tennessee and South Carolina aimed at bringing cutting edge therapies to the communities we serve. Currently, we provide our communities clinical trial opportunities in Dermatology, General Medicine, Urology, Rheumatology & Neurology.
Clinic Manager’s Main Objective: Overall, the Clinic Manager is responsible for maintaining and controlling all clinic operations as well as managing all team members at their clinic.

- Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic
- Making sure the team has everything they need to provide top notch patient care
- Ensuring the physician is well informed of their schedule and current and future clinical trials
- Sponsors and clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site
- Seeing to it that all clinical trial protocols are being adhered to 100% of the time
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets quarterly for your research clinic
- Develop and grow team members: Coach your direct reports in their current roles to improve performance and prepare for future opportunities
Job Description:
The Clinic Manager will maintain all activities related to the conduct of clinical trials at the site including but not limited to:
- Oversee a team of physicians and other team members conducting the clinical trials
- Manage physician relationships and ensure they are aware of their schedules and informed about all clinical trial patients
- Manage a team of Clinical Research Coordinators for their growth and development within the role and company which will also include managing the schedule, conducting performance reviews, overseeing individual and group productivity and quality of work
- Continue to build the team by hiring and training as needed with the growing region
- Communicate effectively with external clients regarding site visits as well as the sites’ quality and quantity of data for all trials
- Ensure the site is maximizing the schedule in order to provide opportunities to as much of the community as possible
- Problem solve with the physicians and coordinators at both sites to resolve any patient-related issues that may arise
- Responsible for the region reaching profitability and revenue goals
- Learn and prepare for new clinical research studies at the site (typically 1-2 new clinical studies per month)
- Voluntary travel to Investigator Meetings to learn about new clinical studies (US based, all expenses paid - who doesn’t like free travel?

Skills needed to win:
- 2 years of research experience required
- 3 years management experience with direct reports preferred
- Ability to travel between clinics in the North Dallas region throughout the week required
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted :)
