Sales Support Manager

As the Sales Support Manager, you will be expected to manage a team of Sales Support Representatives by overseeing the day-to-day processes and systems.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage people, processes and systems
• Customer centric with the ability to develop business relationships with Sales and our Partners
• Contribute to formulation of strategy and business plan
• Contribute to KPI development and implement SLAs; track performance of each
• Participate in special projects as needed
• Take ownership for people management and development
• Proactively participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas of improvement within the function and propose solutions to the management team
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure training and development needs are identified
• Accountable for managing new and existing programs
• Adherence to Compliance/Policies and Procedures
• Allocate resources based on peak business periods
• Authorize documentation exceptions beyond authority of members and timely resolution of processing exceptions
• Source and hire new team members

• Knowledge of DLL credit decision requirements
• Knowledge of Application to Booking process
• A Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business or equivalent work experience
• Experience leading a team preferred

Applicable Pay Range

$88,006.12 - $132,009.18

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
