What does my day look like?

• Run the floor and make lasting impressions on our guests (lots of exercise while being social)
• Putting away trucks and shipments in a timely manner
• Interview, hire, train, develop, and coach your team
• Administrative activities like focusing on inventory, completing truck orders, and monitoring the safe
• Ensure food safety, quality, and presentation are on par while keeping your team in line and conducting line checks throughout the day
• Support your kitchen staff, and FOH staff during peak hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Charleston, SC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
