Cook/Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking meals as assigned using standardized recipes to meet established culinary standards of high quality care. Ensuring that meals are prepared and presented in accordance with applicable regulations and resident expectations. Will plate food for optimal eye appeal to entice food consumption by our residents in our Senior Assisted Living Community located in Hermantown, MN.
This Chef position includes:
- 80 hours per two weeks
- Day/Evening shifts
- Includes Every other weekend and possible Holiday rotation

- Ensuring that meals are served and presented in accordance with applicable regulations and customer expectations
- Preparation of meals, line service, clean-up
- Assisting Culinary Director with supervision and training of culinary staff
- Scratch cooking experience preferred
- High volume cooking experience in a similar environment required
- One to three years related experience
- ServSafe certification preferred, but will assist in obtaining
