Job Posting for Events Administrator (THV) at Edwards Lifesciences (Czech R)
The person on this role will be supporting the Events Team with all administrative tasks related to planning, execution and analyses of Events organized around Europe. Key Responsibilities: Organize and manage all event related administration, including speaker contracting, hotel search and contracting, order and payment processing, collection of Annual Needs Assessment for speaker engagement, maintaining a positive list of events for EU, CVENT, ECLM and COUPA administration. Develop and track project plans; track milestones and deadlines. Collect data and feedback post events and prepare detailed analysis of event effectiveness. Track and manage all project budgets. Track events organized locally across the region and maintain records and analyses of these events. Support initiation and implementation of all consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, serve as a liaison with legal department. Cooperate with procurement to implement proper processes for purchasing events related services, foster good relationships. Coordinate all local events related procedures and regulations to implement all regulatory and compliance requirements. Other incidental duties Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of related experience required Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must, additional languages are an advantage Efficiency with MS Office Suite, knowledge of ECLM, Coupa, CVENT, Concur, etc. is a big plus Friendly and open nature and customer-oriented approach Analytical skills, strict attention to detail Good knowledge and understanding of the importance of policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to event planning What is it like to work at Edwards Lifesciences in the Czech Republic?
