Elite Consulting Of SWFL in Naples, FL is looking for one permit tech/ customer service representative to join our strong team. We are located on 2670 Horseshoe Dr Unit 205 in Naples. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working. We are looking to train the right candidate to join us as a full time employee.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer phone and schedule inspections
- Process permits at local jurisdictions
- Pick up/ deliver documents from and to contractors
- Respond to challenges in a friendly and professional manner
- Track processed jobs
- Support overall team
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled people
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills with customers
- Computer Skills
- Must have clean driving record
