EliteAV is looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in clerical work, be self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Assist the CEO
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Maintain office equipment
Monitor inventory
Data entry of invoicing and ordering
Assist in the preparation of business reports
Develop filing systems to ensure coverage of paperwork
Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
Other duties as assigned by manager
Skills:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
Knowledge of “dos and don’ts” along with “dont’s not” when it comes to office administration
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, fax machines, and scanners
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
