Our client provides professionals with development solutions for exceptional performance, and they want you to join their team as an Accounting Specialist.

Your day-to-day as an Accounting Specialist:

  • Support corporate units financially, handling accruals, analyses, forecasts, and budgets
  • Prepare reports for month-end, forecasts, quarterly meetings, audits, and as needed
  • Analyze financial data from foreign affiliates, address discrepancies, and communicate variances
  • Monitor and invoice foreign licensees for royalties, ensure compliance, reconcile inventory, and issue invoices
  • Manage intercompany transactions, reconcile accounts, provide documentation, integrate external data, and support special projects

Your skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably with a major in Accounting
  • Experience in an accounting or finance position is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required, familiarity with Great Plains software is preferred
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy
  • Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, communication skills
