The Opportunity
The Program Manager will be the single point of contact for the Examinetics clients who are large, national accounts for the company. This role will be responsible for building, nourishing and maintaining all aspects of client relations with our national clients.
Primary Responsibilities
This Job Description may not include all of the duties assigned to the employee and may be updated and modified by the department supervisor, according to the operational dynamics and needs of the company.
- Single point of contact for the National/Large client sector.
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
- Ensure brand consistency.
- Participate in contract negation discussions and documentation.
- Collect and analyze client data and trends.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
- Liaise with multiple departments to set and implement strategies for new processes.
- Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments pertaining to the client.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience working in a dedicated non-retail customer service position
- 1+ years of experience working in a professional sales environment
- 1+ years of interaction working directly with potential or new clients
- 1+ years of experience working in the medical field preferred1+ years of experience CRM system use
- Maintaining a positive attitude towards Key Performance Indicators and reaching sales targets
- Passion for customer service with excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organization, prioritization and follow-up-skills
- Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations,
- Ability to plan and prepare for targeted customer sales and solutions support and recommendations
