What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Assistant position at FairFax Water?
Fundamental Job Function: Assist the Property Manager with all administrative functions relating to providing “true service” to the site community (residents) and the condominium association (board members). Duties and Responsibilities: · Provides responsive customer service to all residents. · Composes communications to residents, board members and TDG to include but not limited to: o Violation Letters o Board Meeting Packages o Emergency forms o Welcome Packets o Sale of unit packets (as requested) o Community Newsletters o Updates to resident handbooks, or other similar documents, as changes occur. o All other communications as requested and approved by the Property Manager. · Process billbacks for property invoices utilizing invoicing and accounting software platforms. · Filing and purging of documents (both electronic and hard copies). · Answer phone(s), take messages, and follow-up appropriately. · Provide prompt and courteous service to both internal (TDG employees) and external customers (residents and board members). · Order office supplies as requested and approved by manager. · Conduct new resident orientations. · Other duties as requested.
