As an Account Executive II, you'll be a hunter, proactively identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers like Directors of Operations, Marketing Directors, Broker's in Charge, Broker Owners, and Large Team Leads. Expect to travel to industry trade shows and events 25% of the time to build brand awareness and engage potential customers, manage a sales pipeline, and acquire new partners through compelling product demonstrations and persuasive sales calls. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue and market share. You are:
- A seasoned sales professional with 5 years of experience in remote, high-volume, quota-carrying software sales (real estate industry experience highly preferred).
- A hunter with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing large deals.
- An expert in outbound sales methodologies, including cold calling, email outreach, and strategic prospecting.
- A master communicator with exceptional presentation skills and the ability to confidently engage executives.
- A self-starter with the drive to build a robust pipeline and contribute 25-50% of your own deals.
- A collaborative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- A data-driven strategist adept at using customer insights, success stories, and ROI modeling to build compelling narratives.
- A team player who enjoys sharing best practices and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
- A detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Hubspot (preferred).
- Proactively engage potential customers through all stages of the sales funnel
- Position Fello as the premier seller lead generation solution for residential real estate agents, teams, and brokerages by leading engaging virtual demos that illustrate how Fello captures and revives seller leads
- Consult with real estate professionals, educating them on how Fello empowers agents, teams, and brokerages to capture and convert seller leads.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and acquire high-value accounts in the real estate industry.
- Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of Fello.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Travel to industry tradeshows and events (25% of the time) to build brand awareness and secure strategic partnerships.
- Execute sales playbooks that efficiently convert leads into customers by leveraging customer insights, success stories, and ROI modeling to build compelling narratives that resonate with diverse real estate professionals
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights from customer interactions across departments.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with the leadership and Fello revenue team members to design, test, and execute sales strategies
- This is a remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US or Canada.
