*Responsibilities*
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries
- Coordinate events and meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in office management or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in calendar management software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Canva
- Marketing is a must
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
