**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various heavy equipment and machinery to support construction projects.

**Duties:**

- Operate and maintain equipment such as loaders, water trucks, backhoes, graders, and bulldozers.

- Perform tasks including digging, paving, and grading.

- Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently.

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery.

- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in equipment operation, including tanker, loader, water truck, backhoe, grader, and bulldozer.

- Proficiency in commercial driving techniques.

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety.

- Strong communication skills to follow instructions accurately.

-Must have a valid California Drivers License
