Job Title Manager, Decision Science and Analytics TITLE: Manager, Decision Science and Analytics EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management) DUTIES: Transform risk data capabilities, products, and decision systems using advanced technology, new data sources, and real-time decisioning. Partner with third-party vendors to evaluate data products and automate solutions for KYC/KYB, ID verification, fraud, and credit risk management. Integrate and validate data attributes from internal and external sources in the analytical sandbox and production platforms, including front-end merchant onboarding to back-end risk management systems. Create and maintain the roadmap for deploying new data products. Manage and enhance ID Verification services, Negative Repository, Customer (Account) Linking, Industry Aggregation, Text-mining, and Web Crawling solutions. Implement fraud and credit risk machine learning, predictive models, and decision rules in production with Modeling, Strategy, and Technology teams. Collaborate with business teams to strategize and deploy optimal data driven capabilities and automation solutions. Measure efficacy of risk data products through key performance indicators and trends. Identify improvement opportunities and present to business leaders. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative field and 7 years in any job title involving data science experience in the Financial Technology domain. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative field and 5 years in any job title involving data science experience in the Financial Technology domain. Prior experience must include the following: 5 years of data analysis in risk monitoring, underwriting, and fraud detection and prevention in financial technology and payments; 5 years working with SQL and Excel including Pivot tables; 5 years working with Python, R, or SAS; Working with data analytics platforms including Actimize, AWS, or Palantir; Working with Cloud-based data storage, computation, and serverless computing; Statistical or machine learning model development and deployment; Driving full-cycle data science or analytics projects from requirements to product launch and ongoing optimization; and Documenting technical data pipelines, workflows, and architecture.
