Description
Customer service representatives will handle inbound/outbound calls, chats and email in a fast-paced environment. The representative will field customer inquiries accurately and professionally while multi-tasking. The representative is responsible for providing best in class service and enhancing the customer experience.
- Responsible for customer inquiries through multi-channel interactions
- Provide timely customer follow-up
- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding our product and provide detailed explanation to customers
- Problem identification and resolution
- Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
- Participates in additional training courses when needed
- Provides peer support
- Identify and escalate issues to Supervisors
Qualifications
- Excellent Verbal Communication
- Excellent Written Communication
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to multi-task
- Excel skills strongly preferred
