THE ROLE:
Fox Restaurant Concepts is seeking Recruiter to work in strong partnership with our hiring managers in the selection of top talent. Management Recruiting
- Appropriately understand and address the hiring needs of the restaurants by developing strong relationships with our operations teams
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for management level FOH & BOH positions including candidate sourcing, phone/video interviews, pre-employment assessments, scheduling of Operations interviews and negotiating & extending employment offers
- Develop large, high quality candidate pool by the use of internet and job board resources, networking, social media and by maximizing our referral program
- Partner with the Director of Recruiting, and the Regional Operations teams to bring best practices to our full cycle recruiting process
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent while maintaining and building our bench strength
- Manage ATS applicant flow and screen potential candidates in a timely manner
- Positively represent the organization by creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of experience as a recruiter; full cycle & high volume experience and/or restaurant/hospitality experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- A passion for finding and engaging that passive candidate
- The ability to deliver a positive candidate experience as well as partner effectively with hiring managers
- A strong understanding of employment branding
- A strong understanding of job boards and recruiting technology
- The ability to work with urgency, pivot when necessary and collaborate effectively across departments
