Ghost kitchens, also known as virtual, shadow, or cloud kitchens, are professional food preparation and cooking facilities without dining areas to facilitate to-go orders and deliveries. Without the need to provide dine-in services, restauranteurs can bypass the costly expenses of leasing a storefront, interior construction, furniture and décor, and a staff to serve customers. By reducing overhead and streamlining operations, restaurateurs can focus on the most important aspect of their business: their food.
The Role
In this position, you will work with small to medium sized restaurants and restaurant chains by helping them optimize the performance and results of their in-store, takeout and delivery businesses by selling our internal brands. This will include suggesting partner brands, explaining the positive financial impact of partnering with our brands, and answering client questions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle and CRM management (using the Monday platform).
Skills Qualifications
Ideal and qualifications include:
- 2 to 5 years working in a digital marketing/online sales organization or relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills (Spanish is a plus!)
- A proactive mindset in identifying issues and opportunities as well as communication with clients
- Prior experience in restaurants or foodservice
- Experience using CRM databases
- A highly motivated and goal-oriented self-starter
- Someone who takes direction well while also demonstrating proactive behavior
- Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently and on a team as the situation dictates
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- 1 to 3 years working in a digital marketing/online sales organization or relevant Experience

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
